• Your company must have been founded no more than three years prior to the date of registration.

• Do you offer horseback riding holidays, trail riding tours, trail riding accommodation, equestrian travel, ranch holidays, or work & travel programs?
• This offer also applies to hotels, holiday apartments, and other types of accommodation where both horses and riders are welcome.

Participation in the Ranch Boulevard

• This participation package is exclusively available to exhibitors showcasing competition horses together with their ranches.
• Stands are located in the dedicated Ranch Boulevard themed area in Hall A2, creating an authentic ranch atmosphere and offering direct interaction with visitors.
• Due to the presence of horses and visitor traffic, dismantling and departure are only possible from Sunday, 6:00 p.m. onwards.
• Fixed stand size: 9 x 3 meters

• Exclusively for western riding clubs & associations

Participation in the  Handmade area in der Halle A4

• Exclusively for exhibitors who handcraft their products and wish to demonstrate various stages of the production process on-site (e.g., saddlers, shoemakers, hat makers, rope makers, tailors, wood artisans, sculptors, painters).
• Only a limited number of stands are available for the "Handmade Area" at the stated terms. Interested parties can apply by registering. Simply register online and let us know of your interest.

• Fixed stand size: 15 m² (5 x 3 meters)

• For exhibitors with a weatherproof stand structure who wish to offer their goods outdoors
• Stand space only (no additional services included)
• Minimum size: 9 m²
• Minimum depth: 3 meters
• Half-meter increments cannot be booked
