 Costs for an exhibition stand:

Booking until January 31, 2025:

• Terrace stand: 129,00 € / m²
• Corner stand: 134,00 € / m²
• End of block stand: 139,00 € / m²
• Block stand: 144,00 € / m²

Booking from February 1, 2025:

• Terrace stand: 135,00 € / m²
• Corner stand: 140,00 € / m²
• End of block stand: 145,00 € / m²
• Block stand: 150,00 € / m²

Minimum size 9 m² / Minimun depth 3 meters

Costs for an exhibition stand as start-up:

• The company must not have been founded more than 3 years ago (at the time of registration)
• The business registration must be submitted as proof at the time of registration
• Costs: 35,00 € / m²
• Minimum size: 9 m² / Minimum depth 3 meters
• Includes the following services:
  • Natural wood walls for the stand
  • Full-surface grey carpet
  • 3 kW power connection incl. consumption

  • 1x info counter

  • 1x bar stool

Costs for an exhibition stand in the equestrian tourism:

• Exclusively for trail riding, trail riding centres, horse riding tours, ranch tours and hotel/holiday flats
• Costs: 86,00 € / m²
• Includes the following services:
  • OSB walls for the stand
  • Full-surface grey carpet
  • 3 kW power connection incl. consumption
  • 1x info counter
  • 1x bar stool
  • Media entry fee
  • 1x parking space on the fair groud
  • 4x exhibitor passes

Costs for an exhibition stand in the lifestyle area:

• Exclusively for accessories, photography, jewellery and decoration
• Costs: 582,00 € for a 3 x 2 meter  stand or 702,00 € for a 4 x 2 meter stand
• Includes the following services:
  • Grey walls for the stand
  • Full-surface grey carpet
  • 3 kW power connection incl. consumption
  • Media entry fee
  • 1x parking space on the fair groud
  • 2x exhibitor passes

Costs for an exhibition stand with investment goods:

• Exclusively for exhibitors with trailers, boxes, treadmills, stable buildings, riding arena planners, etc.
• The graduation of prices depends on the size of the stand:

• Booking until January 31, 2025:
  • up to 99 m²:  115,00 € / m²
  • 100 m² - 149 m²: 102,00 € / m²
  • 150 m² - 199 m²: 98,00 € / m²
  • above 200 m²:  95,00 €/m²

• Booking from February 1, 2025:
  • up to 99 m²: 121,00 € / m²
  • 100 m² - 149 m²: 108,00 € / m²
  • 150 m² - 199 m²: 104,00 € / m²
  • above 200 m²: 101,00 €/m²
     

Costs for an exhibition stand in the ranch boulevard: 

• Exclusively for exhibitors with competition horses and related ranch
• Costs: 79,00 € / m²
• Includes the following services:
  • Natural wood walls for the stand
  • Full-surface red, blue or grey carpet
  • 3 kW power connection incl. consumption
• Dismantling and departure only possible on Sunday from 18:00 onwards!

Costs for an exhibition stand as an association or club:

• Exclusively for western riding clubs & associations
• Costs: 99,00 € / m²
• Includes the following services:
  • SAM system stand from mlg Messebau (includes carpet, screen, 1x table, 4 chairs, 1x counter, 1x lockable compartment)

Costs for a stand in the open-air ground:

• Costs:
  • up to 99 m²:  77,00 € / m²
  • 100 m² - 199 m²: 61,00 € / m²
  • 200 m² - 299 m²: 55,00 € / m²
  • above 300 m²:  43,00 €/m²

Charges

• Costs:
  • Waste disposal: 1,30 €/m² (max. 70 m²)
  • AUMA-fee: 0,60 €/m² 
  • Media package fee: 270,00 €

  • Energy flat rate (electricity flat rate) without electricity connection: 74,34 €

  • Co-exhibitor fee (if applicable): 575,00€

*Certain additional costs are already included in the complete packages and do not have to be added for a fee.
