It's so cool to meet you!

We are so happy that you've decided to show at our AMERICANA. We can only image how exiting that is and how many question you may have. We are here to walk with you on your path to AMERICANA. We are suggesting the following steps:

1. First, Get an overview of all the different classes we are offering. Many classes are approved by the respective associations like NRHA, NCHA,  ERCHA/NRCHA & EWU, all other classes are so called AMERICANA classes, i.e. you do not need a membership of an association. 
    
   You do not need to qualify to enter the AMERICANA but our big classes have a go-round and a final. With you online nomination you entering the go-round of a class. If you have a good run, you qualify yourself (hopefully) for the final of this class.
   
   Go-Rounds are labeled in our OnePager with “Go-Round”, Finals with “Finals” and all other classes, i.e. all classes that only have one run do not have an additional label. 
    

2. As a Youth, Non-Pro or Open rider you are of course only allowed to show in your respective class. Please note: If you enter an approved class of an association make sure to have the Non-Pro declaration of the approving association (Non-Pro Card).
    

3. Wir bieten zur Unterbringung Deines Pferdes verschiedene Möglichkeiten an. Einige Boxen sind näher am Campingplatz, einige näher am Abreiteplatz. Wo die Boxen liegen, kannst Du auf unserem Lageplan einsehen. Der neue Lageplan ist aktuell in Arbeit und wir informieren über ein Posting in unserem Blog, sobald dieser zur Verfügung steht.
    

4. Wenn Du auch auf dem Gelände übernachten möchtest, kannst Du von unserem Caravan Stellplatz gebraucht machen. Dieser ist mit Strom & Duschen ausgestattet und Du bist immer bei Deinem Pferd. Alternativ ist es natürlich auch möglich, in einem Hotel zu übernachten. Eine entsprechende Liste veröffentlichen wir so schnell wie möglich.
    

5. Die Nennung für die AMERICANA erfolgt online. Sobald die Klassen final feststehen, werden wir auch die Online Nennung freischalten. Mehr dazu später hier.
    

6. For you as a rider the AMERICANA starts on Sunday, August 31, 2025. The exhibition grounds are open for your arrival on Friday, August 29 at 12:01pm (noon). By then everything is prepared and ready for you and your horses. The fair opens to the public on Wednesday, Sep 3, 2025. The last classes will take place on Sunday, Sep 7, 2025.
    

7. Please ensure that your horse is fully vaccinated and that you have all necessary papers with like the "Equidenpass" or a valid "Healtch certificate" and a valid proof of your horse's coggins test.
